06 /COMMON QUESTIONS

Your questions. Clear answers.

Start with one process.

A clear goal, a measurable baseline and a pilot that progresses under your control.

01What exactly is RomedAI?

RomedAI is a management and operations platform designed for employees and AI agents to work together. Business records and tools provide shared context; Genesium coordinates human and agent tasks.

02Does this demo perform real work?

This page is a simulation designed to let you experience the organization and its workflow. It does not connect to company accounts, perform real research or act in external systems.

03How does it work with my existing tools?

RomedAI works with Odoo and connected business tools. Modules, connections, permissions and approval rules are configured for each process.

04Where should my company start?

Choose a recurring process with clear inputs and outputs. Measure the current time, define approval points and compare results in a small pilot. We can use that need as the basis for our first discussion.

05Which departments can work together?

Strategy, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, People, Customer Experience, Research, Software, Design, and Data & Analytics. Explore a sample goal and collaborating team for each department in the demo.

06How are permissions and approvals defined?

Tool access and steps requiring human approval are defined before a pilot. In this demo, the final step explicitly waits for approval; the next-step button cannot approve it.

07How can I try the scenarios?

Choose a scenario, enter a sample company name and start. Pause, advance step by step, approve or reject the draft. Outputs are examples; no actions are taken in external systems.

08What information do we need to start?

Start with one process, sample inputs, an expected output and an approval owner. Actual connections and required data access are agreed when defining the pilot.

9How do agents collaborate with employees?

People supply goals and context, answer questions and improve outputs. Agents carry out assigned work, flag missing information and hand tasks to people when needed. Responsibilities and approval boundaries are defined for each process.

10Do we need to use Odoo?

Record and transaction examples on this site use Odoo. Your tools’ connectivity and any Odoo requirement are assessed during scoping; do not assume every tool has a ready-made integration.

11How are data access and security defined?

Before a pilot, the data used, authorized roles, connected services, retention and deletion terms should be agreed in writing. This demonstration does not connect to your company systems. Ask about hosting and provider terms for actual use.

12How are setup and pricing determined?

Process count, integrations, usage volume, human approvals and support needs are assessed together. This page does not promise a fixed price or deployment time; a proposal should follow an agreed scope.

13Are these actual customer results?

No. The agent workflows and documents are fictional examples. The time calculator also uses your assumptions. Actual benefits should be evaluated in a pilot against a measured baseline.

ROMEDAI / GENESIUM

Start with one shared process.

Bring one process, your current tools and an expected output to the first discussion. Together, define human and agent roles, connections, approval points and success criteria. Timing, cost and data access are assessed once scope is clear.
